(2) to Chief Ministers of Manipur for transformation of higher education in March, 2017, for complete salary to the Government College Teachers by inclusion of SCA and TA 15th June, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014 etc
(3) to the Hon’ble Education Ministers on 2nd April, 2017, on 15th May, 2017 etc on the various issues of higher education and college teachers.
